The Lyons Team

Bobby Lyons


Bobby Lyons has long been associated with the Arthur Rutenberg Homes name, beginning his career in the building business in 1968 upon graduation from the University of Florida. He became the first Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchisee and has been building in Fort Myers since 1980. Bobby also owns another ARH franchise in Tampa. Bobby Lyons has become a familiar face in Lee County as one of the leading Custom Home Builders in Fort Myers Florida.

Bobby owns the independently operated Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise Lyons Housing, LLC. Since 1988, Bobby and the company have built over 800 luxury homes valued at over $400 million. In 1993, 1997, 2000 and again in 2006, Bobby was recognized as the Arthur Rutenberg Homes Builder of the Year for outstanding business performance, excellence in customer satisfaction and quality construction. Lyons Housing has also twice been awarded the Gold Cup Award in for the highest customer satisfaction ratings.

Tim Rose

Building Company President

As Building Company President, Tim Coordinates all of your homebuilding process with his team of professionals.  He brings an extensive background in construction to his role.  He has many years of experience in Construction Management, Purchasing, Customer Service and Sales.  Tim is a lifelong resident of southwest Florida and a graduate of Florida Southwestern

Tim explains, “We work long and hard to bring the best designed and best-constructed home to every customer.  An Arthur Rutenberg home has excellent value ‘built-in’.  Value through unmatched craftsmanship.  We promise that your home will be built equal to, or better than the model.  That’s a guarantee we are proud to offer.”

He enjoys spending time with his wife Natalie and their two children –Olivia and Jimmy.  Together, they love to travel, especially to historic places, spending time with their friend, Camping, and Scouting.

Krista Butcher

Purchasing Assistant

Born and raised on the East coast of Florida, Krista's first introduction to construction was watching her parents design and build their family home  themselves.  She graduated with a  Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Florida State University in 2003. She has worked as a designer/office manager with several prominent residential and commercial interior design firms in Tallahassee, Naples and Fort Myers over the past 15 years. Krista has 2 step-kids and 6 furry rescue animals. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy traveling throughout the country scoping out new craft breweries, party planning, baking and spending time with family and friends

John Cahill

Construction Manager

John Cahill’s experience spans almost four decades in the building industry. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1978 with a Construction Engineering degree, he began his career as an estimator and project manager in the commercial drywall/stucco industry. It was upon his return to Florida in 2000 that he consolidated his experience into the “Total Home Perspective” and joined the ARH team. John and his wife, Kim have been married 35 years, have successfully raised two sons and one daughter, and currently enjoy spoiling their five grandchildren.

Norma Lyons

Norma is no stranger to the construction industry. Having grown up around the building business, she joined Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Lyons Housing, LLC in 1982. It was there that she met and eventually married Bobby Lyons and together they have constructed a family of six children and seven grandchildren.

After receiving her Art degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, Norma began to become highly involved in the color selections and designs for model and inventory homes. She also oversees the remodeling end of the Lyons operations.

In her spare time, Norma enjoys spending time with friends and family. As a self-proclaimed ”rehab addict”, she enjoys rehabbing anything from furniture to houses.

Lindsey Lyons

Customer Concierge

Lindsey Lyons is a Purchasing Assistant as well as our Customer Concierge. As you might have guessed, the name is not a coincidence. She has been in the Lyons Family for the last 13 years. She recently started with the company in February 2017. She was born in Ft. Myers, FL and is a graduate of Estero High School. Prior to her starting with Lyons Housing, she worked in the insurance industry for over 8 years as a licensed representative where she became familiar with the building industry. Lindsey has 3 children with husband Kyle and enjoys relaxing with friends and family in her spare time.

Kyle Lyons

Construction Manager

Kyle Lyons is the son of Bobby and Norma Lyons and a Construction Manager. He first started working with Lyons Housing when he was 15 years old, helping out the Warranty Department when he wasn’t in school. He left for a few years and worked with a remodeling company, before opening his own remodeling business. After doing remodeling as a one-man show for a couple of years, he decided to come back to Lyons Housing. Kyle has 3 children with wife Lindsey and enjoys tinkering with electronics, building custom wood furniture, and hanging out with family and friends.

Scott Carter

New Home Consultant

Scott Carter is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and while growing up he became familiar to new home construction due to his father being a structural engineer. As a result, Scott was no stranger to the building trade and even worked on a framing crew for a short time after high school.

After spending 18 years in the information technology field, Scott began his career in real estate in 2003 specializing in new home sales for several of Lee County’s prestigious gated communities. During his time, Scott was continually recognized for his achievements, most notably becoming a member of the Top Club for new homes and also being nominated for a Lee Building Industry Pinnacle Award.

Scott firmly believes that “it’s the little things that mean a lot” and that attention to detail makes all the difference in the world. His pledge to his clients is to always provide exceptional service and his philosophy has always been to have a “slight-edge” mindset which enables him to go above and beyond his customer’s expectations.

Bill Lutz

New Home Consultant

Bill Lutz has a vast amount of real estate expertise, with over 31 years in the business. After five years in retail management in New Jersey, Bill spent the first part of his real estate career selling new homes for various builders, as well as banks and marketing companies. He managed the sales of prime Gold Coast riverfront homes and condominiums, as well as developed 8 riverfront townhomes overlooking the Manhattan skyline.

Bill has been with Lyons Housing, LLC for 15 years; commencing on January 1st, 2003. He has been nominated for the prestigious “Top Club’ four times, specializes in customizing homes in exclusive gated communities, and excels in customer service. There is no one more important to Bill than the clients he meets – he places a tremendous amount of time & energy into building these relationships with a “whatever it takes” attitude.

Besides his job, Bill loves music, biking, running, cooking (& eating!) traveling, his wife of 21 years, & their four Italian Greyhound dogs.

Karen Ragonese

Front Desk Receptionist/Warranty Coordinator

Karen Ragonese has been with the Lyons team since 2014. She re-located to Florida from Massachusetts, with her husband Tom, and brings with her a 30+ year background in the medical office industry.
Karen is the face you’ll see at the front desk upon entering Lyons Housing, and the voice you’ll hear when you call.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys shopping, dining out, spending time with her friends and family from up North when they visit, and taking in the Florida lifestyle.

Pat Donahue

Account Manager

Pat Donahue has been with Lyons Housing since June 2014 doing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. She handles all aspects of the construction draws to financial institutions as well as to the homeowners. Her accounting background has been in the construction/building industry for the last 35 years.

Originally from New Jersey, she relocated from Connecticut to Florida 28 years ago and has resided in Fort Myers for the past 25 years. She has 2 sons and 3 grandsons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her significant other, Elmer, her rescue Morkie “Bentley” and her friends and family.

Eric Newman

Permitting Coordinator and Construction Administrator

A Florida native, originally from Naples, Eric never strayed too far from his hometown. Eric learned a lot of the skills he possesses today from working with an LED company for six years prior. There he moved up from the bottom and gained experience as a production manager as well as purchasing manager a couple years later. During this time he also gained field experience doing trim and cabinetry on the side. Eric joined AR homes in May 2018 and as resided comfortably as the company’s permitting and construction administrator. When he’s not working, Eric loves to fish and spend time with his family and friends.

Tony Inabnitt

Purchasing Manager

Tony served in the US Army from 1978-1981 as an Infantryman in West Germany wearing the Big Red One patch.  Originally from Indiana, he moved to Naples in 1975.  After getting out of the Army he served as a Deputy Sheriff for 10 years in both Charlotte and Lee Counties.  In the early 90s Tony had an opportunity to obtain his State General Contractors License so he left law enforcement and went to work for a developer out of Sarasota.   Working as their General Contractor and Construction VP he built five communities in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties.  Tony started with AR Homes/Lyons Housing a few years ago and feels very blessed to be working with this awesome team put together by Tim Rose and Bobby Lyons.
