"Building a new home is a process. The new home that my wife and I are building is our 5th home in 20 years. I have dealt with small local builders as well as the large national ones as well. The folks at Arthur Rutenberg/Lyons Housing have consistently done a great job and have met and often exceeded my requests. Never making me feel that I am asking too much or that something can not be done. They have gladly accommodated everything we requested and not once have told me no, or I don't think we can do that. A project of this magnitude is bound to have some bumps in the road, but I can honestly say that they all have gone out of their way to make it as smooth as possible. The Ibiza model is not like all the other homes that we have seen during our decision process. It has character, flair and is not cookie cutter at all. Although there are many many people involved with the design, build etc, I would be remiss if I didn't give kudos and my sincere thanks and appreciation to Paul, Matt and Lindsey for keeping this all together."
“We want to thank you for everything you and your staff have done to build our beautiful home. Everyone has been courteous and professional throughout the process! Special Thanks to Bill and Susan for their patience and ideas! Without Bill, we may have gone another direction and Susan has been with us the entire way. We have built other homes and done major remodeling projects, but Ron is the best we have seen! His attention to detail and straightforward communication was critical for us! There are many people behind the scenes who make things run smoothly. Thanks to all!”
